Warranty Registration Specialist - TEMP position
Overview:

In this role, you will play a critical role for the company and will work alongside other professionals within the team and other departments. You will deal effectively with others both internally and externally.Position will require strong communication skills, and attention to detail, ensuring customers are receiving optimal warranty registration set up and support. Must have the ability to accurately and efficiently enter customer information into multiple database systems.
Must be a team player. Responsible to requests from internal teams, and management. Provide and set up warranty registration records accurately through multiple systems.

Responsibilities:
Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:
- Provides accurate, valid, and complete warranty registration set up information by using the right tools and methods.
- Coordinate and maintain contact with various internal departments regarding client warranty registration set up and validity
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal sales representative and warranty staff regarding warranty registrations.
- Assist to prevent unnecessary delays in the company as it relates to warranty registration set ups
- Respond to emergency situations and customer warranty registration -related problems as directed.
- Consistently communicate with sales team & warranty team
- Aid in the preparation and presentation of information for warranty registrations
- Document and report to the appropriate parties, any delay in, paperwork, and warranty registration related problems.
- Process ALL warranty related paperwork on time as scheduled
- Address and resolve warranty registration related problems via internal phone calls and or emails
- Document and escalate where applicable all customer warranty registration feedback into the appropriate database.
- Provide internal customers with detailed information on company’s various warranty registration related updates.
- Speak to a variety of internal customers to help with any general questions pertaining to vehicle warranty registration inquiries.
- Work on special projects as needed
- Follow up with all customer related warranty registration needs & requests
- Keeps accurate records of all completed warranty registration forms and updates all warranty registration data to ensure accuracy.
- Contact’s internal customers and sales team regarding missing customer information
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Completion of college associate degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in warranty related and customer service role
- Able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, both verbally and in writing
- Experience within vehicle industry related warranty and customer service preferred, but not required
- Ability to read, comprehend, and respond to simple to complex instructions, letter correspondences, forms, and familiar with the use of all related office equipment (computer, fax, copier, scanner)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), typing 35+ wpm
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, and ever-changing environment

Pay Range: $20 to $25 per hour
