Customer Support Representative

Part-time work opportunity (must be able to work from home and/or in the office). During training must be able to work 40 hours per week for four weeks. Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 am-6 pm with some possible weekend work.

Part-time Customer Support Rep needs at least five (1-2) years of customer service experience

Part-time Customer Support Rep requires:

  • Minimum internet speed of 1.5 MBPS download and 0.5 MBPS upload.
  • Experience working with MS Office.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Excellence Focused.
  • Optimistic.
  • Inquisitive.

Part-time Customer Support Rep duties:

  • Handle a high volume of calls (40-50 /day). Product orders; order status; product returns; returns for credit; delivery status.
  • Build bridges. Partner with Sales Representatives and clients to provide exceptional customer experience within designated Service Levels to complete order transactions and another informational follow-up.
  • Provide white glove customer service.
  • Provide our customers with a seamless, positive experience no matter the need.
