Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounts receivables and payables, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Perform account reconciliations regularly to maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare journal entries to record company transactions and events.
- Process certified payroll, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.

- Draw on at least two years of experience working in a similar role. • Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Full Charge Bookkeeper role or similar.
- Proficiency in account reconciliation is a crucial requirement for this role.
- Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.
- The candidate should have excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills are required.
- The applicant must have a good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- The candidate should have a strong ethical framework and understanding of confidentiality related to financial information.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is key.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
