Salary: 140,000-170,000 + bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage quarterly/annual close, including the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Work closely with fund administrator for the oversight of books and records.
• Prepare first draft of quarterly reports to investors, including the necessary supporting documentation.
• Aid in analytical projects such as complex valuations, public comparable analyses, and liquidation waterfalls.
• Assist with the documentation of Finance policies and procedures and liaise with external audit team.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (or equivalent) is preferred.
• 4-7+ years of in-house fund accounting experience at a venture capital/private equity/private credit firm, or audit group at a public accounting firm or fund administration services firm is required.
• Demonstrated flexible team player, ability to meet deadlines, exceptional attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
