Robert Half is seeking a contracts administrator to support an in-house legal department in the technology industry.

Responsibilities:

• Review, redline, and negotiate contracts and then escalate to attorneys for final review and signature.
• Provide support to a demanding sales team, including marketing and content team.
• Manage contracts and vendor agreements.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool.
• Process and handle amendments to contracts efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents.
• Assist in other strategic tasks to free up the Associate General Counsel for more strategic roles.
• Participate in meetings with attorneys and procurement personnel as needed.
• Proficient in contract negotiation
• Strong understanding of SAAS agreements
• Experience in the Education - Trade industry is preferred
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of contract law and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field is preferred.
