We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the industry for a Part-Time Bookkeeper, based in Amherst, New Hampshire. The role involves a variety of financial and administrative tasks, including handling Accounts Payable and Receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll, and other bookkeeping duties.
Responsibilities:- Accurately process and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Ensure regular and detailed account reconciliations
- Handle payroll functions to ensure employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner
- Use QuickBooks for maintaining financial records and transactions
- Perform data entry tasks related to bookkeeping and finance
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting
- Oversee month-end close procedures and ensure accuracy of financial statements
- Monitor customer accounts and resolve any issues or discrepancies. • Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) processing and management
- Capable of handling Accounts Receivable (AR) effectively
- Experienced in performing Bank Reconciliations
- Demonstrated skills in Bookkeeping
- Proficient in Data Entry tasks
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for financial tasks and reporting
- Experience in managing Month End Close processes
- Knowledgeable in Payroll processing and management
- Proficient in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks.
