Job Description- Establish, maintain, and improve the quality management system, including controls and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry drawing standards, Military Specifications, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with purchasing to define and enforce supplier quality requirements.
- Develop and implement quality procedures in partnership with operational teams.
- Identify quality-related training needs and deliver training to personnel.
- Supervise technical staff in conducting tests, inspections, and quality checks.
- Analyze performance data and generate reports for continuous improvement.
- Ensure tests and procedures are effectively executed, understood, and evaluated.
- Address and resolve customer and auditor feedback, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Prepare detailed technical and management system reports for stakeholders.
- Liaise with auditors and ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
- Drive quality initiatives to meet organizational and industry standards

The Successful Applicant- Strong knowledge of AS9100 and ISO quality management system requirements, including acting as a Management Representative.
- Strong knowledge of industry drawing standards, Military Specifications, and customer statements of work - MIL SPEC 883
- Proven experience establishing, maintaining, and improving quality management systems, including publishing and updating Quality Manuals.
