Special Security Office (SSO) Operations Specialist

We are seeking a SSO Operations Specialist to join our team to help contribute to our success and help us solve problems with innovation through intelligence
The team member will Support implementation of procedures and requirements of the Do D Personnel Security Program, to include assisting in administering the supported Agencys Personnel Security System IAW Do D Manual 5200-02 and current guidance from DCSA, Office of Personnel Management (OPM), and the Office of the Director for National Intelligence (ODNI).
Other responsibilities include:
- Provide access control to Agency SCIFs, as needed, and validate clearance and access for all persons entering accredited facilities. Process visitors IAW current regulations and policy, maintain visitor logs, issue access badges and assign escorts.
- Update and maintain personnel security files, (e.g., personnel security questionnaire, resume, Optional Form (OF) 306, Standard Form (SF) 312, security clearance memoranda, foreign contact and travel reports, etc.).
- Process initial and periodic reinvestigations and position upgrades for Agency personnel using the NP2 Portal or DISS. Collect and transmit fingerprints required to meet investigative scope.
- Conduct in and out processing for military and civilian personnel. Conduct, document, and archive debriefings as required.
- Review access nomination packages. Process nominations IAW current Do D and Intelligence Community guidelines.
- Conduct indoctrination training briefings, periodic refresher briefings, and debriefings.
- Support the Do D Consolidated Adjudications Facility as required when the Agency receives request for additional information, follow-on subject interviews, or supplementary documentation on subject actions
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree relevant to the Security fields preferred
- Experience: 8+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large Do D program / project
- Works independently and / or leads sub-teams to analyze and resolve problems
- Clearance: TS with SCI eligibility
