Responsibilities
Job Description: Inside Sales project role for administrative data entry tasks supporting Diablo/Freud sales and
the Inside Sales Department. Processing tasks include but are not limited to, review of ordersfor accuracy, program compliance, tracking, and entry for same day processing. Assist with
customer inquiries, status updates, and corrective actions to support or resolve with solutions.
Data project analysis, and department assistance to support all inside sales and channelmarketing duties.
Requirements: Proven data entry work experience with strong computer MS Office knowledge, high
speed/accurate typing skills, attention to detail, with ability to multi-task and problem solve to hitdaily deadlines in a fast paced environment.
A strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and dedication with a “calm, cool, connected”approach to Freud job culture. The desire to learn and develop skills to support all aspects of
Freud inside sales department processes.
