- THIS POSITION IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE 3 MONTHS OF TRAINING ON-SITE, PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO THE OKC, OK AREA.*
- Fast paced call center environment.
- Responsible for scheduling patient appointments and taking patient messages for Clinics.
- Delivering excellent customer service using exceptional telephone etiquette, while providing patients with general information with regards to appointments, messages, or general questions.
- These candidates will train on site for 2-3 months and then convert to WFH long term.
- Candidates will be assisting patients from this client's physician's group (not hospital) with any patient access needs.
- Candidate may also could be routing calls.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications:*
- At least 1 full year of customer service experience in a call center role
- Inbound/outbound call experience
- 5-6+ months of healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to take high volume calls, work in a fast paced environment, and ability to navigate through multiple software/database.
- Experience in a role where a computer was used on a daily basis - in absence of this experience candidates will need to complete a typing test with at least 40 WPM
- Attendance is strict for the first 2-3 months of training, candidates are expected to not miss any days of training. *
- Covid** and Flu vaccine is required*
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Pay:* $16-$18/hr based on experience (for 17-18/hr, candidates will need 5-10+ years of clinical healthcare or patient access experience)
- Start Dates Available:*
- October 23
- October 30
- Shift:* Monday-Friday 8am-4:30p
- Training:* Training will be conducted ON-SITE for the first 3-4 months in NW OKC, OK, candidates must be able to attend and complete training to be eligible to work remotely afterwards. Remote eligibility is also based on performance and attendance.
