Clinic Administrator - Brentwood, CA
Location: Brentwood, CA
Pay rate : $22-25 (Hourly)
Role: Assist with clinic management and appearance. Maintain a welcoming and clean space for all current and prospective clients. Provide support to clinic managers (Jesus ABA, Sierra SLP) and other staff members (Program supervisor, RBTs, SLP's, CF's, SLPA's).

Role Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for conducting facility tours for families and potential employees interested in our services (Show off our ABA and Speech Spaces). This includes communicating with interested families on dates/times available and following up with families if they do not show up.

esponsible for all local outreach community building/marketing program with Manager Clinic Operations. Proactive involvement in community events and identifying new opportunities for community involvement
Manage Co-payment collections in the clinic
Manage Cancellation and rescheduling with families and schedulers
Maintaining office space and staying in the know of needed supplies
Communicating with parents with questions/concerns they have
Answering incoming calls to clinic
You will also serve as a supplemental BT for the Brentwood location in instances of other on-site BTs being absent, sick, or otherwise out of office. In addition your assistance may be needed regardless depending on the clinic BT needs for that day.
Support therapists with tasks needed (print, laminating, calling families, creating posters/documents, etc)
