Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support key initiatives related to eligibility and enrollment processes. The ideal candidate will gather and document requirements, analyze workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements.

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to align with program objectives.
• Conduct JAD workshops with SMEs, developers, and testers to assess workflows and business processes.
• Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents, RTM, and test cases.
• Work closely with stakeholders to track deliverables and ensure timely approvals.
• Support testing, implementation, and release management activities.
• Utilize requirements management, change management, and defect tracking tools.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations.

• 4-5 years of IT experience as a Business Analyst.
• 2+ years of experience in benefits management and eligibility processes.
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Agile), content management solutions, and workflow analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, JIRA, and collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
