Outpatient Physical Therapist – Empower Patients to Move Again

Job Description:

We’re expanding our orthopedic outpatient team in Saratoga, CA and looking for a Physical Therapist who’s passionate about movement and recovery. This role is all about working one-on-one with patients to rebuild strength, restore function, and improve their quality of life.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 per year + Full Benefits

Your Role:

Treat a manageable caseload of 1-2 patients per hour in a structured outpatient setting.
Perform evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans.
Monitor progress and adjust treatments to maximize recovery.
Educate patients on home exercises and preventive care.
Collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare providers.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Active California PT license or eligibility to obtain one.
Problem-solving skills to tailor treatment to each patient.
Ability to connect with patients and keep them motivated.
