Enlyte is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director of Accounting to join our dynamic and fast-paced corporate finance and accounting team. Reporting directly to the Vice President/Assistant Controller, this role will have a specific focus on overseeing the order-to-cash functions, including billing, accounts receivable, and cash applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Oversight and Compliance- Manage the general ledger and support the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting functions
- Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and internal policies
- Lead the implementation of the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring a seamless transition from the legacy system
- Oversee the end-to-end accounting for acquired subsidiaries during the integration process
- Establish and maintain efficient accounting processes, controls, and policies, documented in standard operating procedures
- Implement automation and streamline financial consolidation for multiple entities to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of accounting professionals
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to support the team's growth and development
- Partner with the Assistant Controller, CFO, and other senior management on strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders to provide timely and accurate information
- Manage and execute various accounting projects and initiatives, such as acquisitions, integrations, and system enhancements
- Oversee and manage the performance of a nearshore/offshore function, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge transfer
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the offshore team's productivity and efficiency
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to the offshore team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- At least 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Spanish speaking required
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system implementation and migration is required
- Experience managing offshore resources required
- CPA preferred
- Preference for private-equity or public companies
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards
- Experience with consolidation, intercompany transactions, and multi-currency accounting
- Experience with accounting for acquisitions, mergers, and integrations highly preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time status. Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $175,000 - $210,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
