Position Summary:
The Premium Hospitality Supervisor is responsible for assisting with planning and coordination of food and beverage program within SoFi Center premium areas including VIP Clubhouse, Suites, and Lounges. Responsibilities include management of suite ordering platform, assisting clients with scheduling food and beverage service for match days, working with TGL hospitality team to develop and plan industry leading premium food and beverage experience.
This role maintains a consistently positive and professional relationship with internal and external clients. The positon will handle sales and customer service issues including providing outstanding customer service; researching, resolving and clarifying invoice questions; and providing knowledgeable and appropriate suggestions regarding menu selections.The Premium Hospitality SUpervisor will facilitate the flow of information internally, as well as communicate with all guests and vendors
This part-time role will be expected to work 20 hours per week. Additional hours per week dictated by Director of Food and Beverage as needed.
This role will pay an hourly rate between $31.00 to $35.00

Responsibilities:
- Organize and document the day-to-day tasks of the premium hospitality areas
- Serve as the main point of contact for all food and beverage related needs to premium suite clients including TGL ownership group
- Work directly with TGL clients placing catering orders
- Communicate regularly with Director of Food & Beverage, culinary staff, catering staff, and Operations Staff about the needs of our guests and their expectations.
- Work with Director of Food and Beverage to build administrative system and processes for suite catering orderings including working with POS and CRM systems
- Assist culinary team developing rotating menus for VIP Clubhouse on event days
- Coordinate the follow-up of guests’ experience at the venue, ensuring that all issues have been addressed.
- Manage the planning, scheduling and pre-event administration of catered events as directed.
- Provide guidance and support for food and beverage deployment
- Select match day responsibilities to be determined and agreed upon between Premium Hospitality Supervisor and Director of Food and Beverage
Qualifications:
- Three or more years of related food and beverage experience, working with high-end, premium clients
- Hospitality industry and premium service experience with supervisory experience
- Ability to positively interact with diverse personalities, including co-workers, guests, celebrities, and purveyors in various work situations.
- Ability to set priorities and use initiative; solid decision-maker.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven
- Working knowledge of computer applications: Microsoft Office, POS systems, and catering systems
- Possess thorough working knowledge of inventory cost control and menu planning
- Ensure OVG Hospitality food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.
