Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Acquire new clients and expand our customer base through proactive prospecting and outreach.

Client Engagement: Spend 75% or more of your time in the field acquiring face-to-face meetings, promoting our recruiting services and building relationships.

Negotiation: Use your strong communication skills to negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet sales targets.

Lead Management: Follow up with leads promptly, addressing concerns and overcoming objections to move the sales process forward.
Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals, focusing on securing new contracts.
Sales Tracking: Utilize CRM to manage sales activities and stay organized.

Industry Insight: Stay updates on industry trends to enhance your sales strategies.

Skills and Experience Requirements: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative sales approach.

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Experience with CRM software and managing sales pipelines.
1+ years of experience in B2B sales.
Geographic knowledge of NYCs five boroughs and reliable commuting within your assigned territory.

High school diploma required.

Benefits: Performance-based commissions. Potential to earn between $80K and $250K in your first year.
