Requirements:

  • Prior military analysts and/or military operations personnel with 4+ years of recent intelligence/operational/training experience
  • Comfortable with presenting and instructing to large groups both in-person and virtually
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products

Desired Skills:

  • Ability to present to a camera for curriculum-related projects
  • Prior military and or DoD experience desired
  • Understanding of Naval or Ground Operations
  • Knowledge of IPOE/IPB
  • Knowledge of Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) and UN Convention of Law of the Sea (UNCLOS)

Description:

  • Conducting instructor led training and assess progress of students in meeting desired objectives, including advising and assisting them to improve their performance
  • Analyzing actual and predictable interacting operational activities of a military, governmental, or business system to obtain a quantitative and rational basis for decision-making or resource allocation related to training
  • Developing and delivering complex technical presentations to high-level program management and customers
  • Leading major program and/or design reviews and major proposal activities
  • Providing functional and technical guidance to lower level employees
  • Providing leadership and technical direction for a project team
  • Seeking new business opportunities in related technical areas
  • Identifying new customers and/or developing additional tasking with existing customer
  • Giving oral briefings and communicating effectively in writing to negotiate and conduct discussions with customers and to advise using a high degree of tact and diplomacy
  • Utilizing knowledge of military related experience in the application of C2, ISR, and air-ground combat TTPs or operational challenges
  • Utilizing knowledge and experience in Naval operations and or general military implemented tactics, techniques, & procedures
  • Interacting with foreign combat units, unified commands, intelligence, and support agencies as necessary
  • Willing to travel up to 50% to OCONUS sites
