We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to be a part of our team and join us in our mission of enhancing seniors' lives, one day at a time. You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.

We also may have some limited facility shifts at a premium rate.

Responsibilities and Duties

Your duties include, but are not limited to:

Assistance with activities of daily living including but not limited to, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Assistance with independent activities of daily living, including but not limited to, checking the mail, using the phone, meal preparation, cooking, housekeeping, possible pet care and medication reminders.
Transportation for appointments and errands
Companionship

Benefits:

Competitive pay starting at $15.30/hr. for 6mo. to 2 years of experience, $16.00/hr. for 2+ years experience; $16.75/hr. for STNA, and $19.25/hr. for facility shifts. We also have short-shifts that pay higher.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

At least 6 months of verifiable experience as a caregiver
Must have reliable transportation with proof of a valid driver's license and automobile insurance
Must possess excellent communication skills
Must be proactive and able to work independently
Pass a criminal background check
Compassion, maturity and empathy
Pride in punctuality and reliability
Must be able to bend and lift with ease
Okay working with pets is a plus!

Compensation details: 15.3-16.75 Hourly Wage
