Qualifications:
- 5+ years supervisory experience in food manufacturing
- strong knowledge in motor control, VFD, PLC, and industrial electrical systems
- Proficient in Windows, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and MP2 Access 2000
Responsibilities:
- Lead and train maintenance technicians, manage assignments, and track performance
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues to maximize equipment uptime
- Oversee and direct machinery repair, parts inventory, and equipment programming
- Enforce safety and compliance standards (OSHA, EPA, FDA) to ensure workplace safety
- Suggest improvements to boost production efficiency and quality
