- Keep customer credit records up to date and accurate
- Address customer credit inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor customer credit accounts and take necessary actions to collect overdue payments
- Use QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data
- Use your knowledge in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing to enhance our financial operations
- Apply your skills in Cash Applications to ensure accurate and efficient financial transactions
