Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and on-budget completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
- Regularly communicate with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership to provide project updates and resolve issues.
- Handle contract negotiations, change orders, and procurement of materials and equipment.
- Manage project documentation and reports, including RFIs, submittals, and project records.

The Successful Applicant
What You Need:
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably with a general contractor or construction management firm.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Certifications: PMP or similar project management certification (preferred).
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and building codes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar tools) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Base Salary: $120,000-$150,000 annually (Based on experience)
