Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and on-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
  • Regularly communicate with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership to provide project updates and resolve issues.
  • Handle contract negotiations, change orders, and procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Manage project documentation and reports, including RFIs, submittals, and project records.

The Successful Applicant

What You Need:

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably with a general contractor or construction management firm.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Certifications: PMP or similar project management certification (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and building codes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar tools) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Base Salary: $120,000-$150,000 annually (Based on experience)
