Position Overview
Join Voice Up Publishing as a Human Resources & Team Wellness Intern, working directly with the Founder to create and maintain a purpose-driven organizational culture. This role focuses on developing supportive onboarding processes and wellness initiatives that help team members thrive while pursuing their purpose in a safe, celebratory environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support new team member onboarding processes
- Research HR best practices for remote teams
- Develop team wellness initiatives
- Create safe space protocols and guidelines
- Document team celebrations and milestones
- Participate in weekly Saturday afternoon collaborative sessions with our nationwide team of student leaders
- Build team engagement resources
- Foster inclusive community culture
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university
- Interest in human resources and organizational development
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Excellence in documentation and organization
