Part-Time Receptionist for Dealership in Buckhead at $14/hr - Weekly Pay!

Overview:

Citrin is searching to fill a Part-Time Receptionist position for an Automotive Service Department. The Service Department serves a high volume amount of customers daily and is in need of a friendly and helpful employee.

• Greet customer as the receptionist in a pleasant and professional manner
• Answer incoming phone calls in timely manner/routing them to appropriate departments
• Promptly and efficiently answer customer questions
• Handle customer complaints professionally and refer complaining customer to the appropriate contact for resolution
• Regular attendance that is consistent with company policy
• Perform other special duties as requested by the dealership and other management
• Engaging, fast-paced, and will provide an unmatched level of client service.
• Avaliable Thursdays 8am-7pm, and 8-1pm on Fridays, with the option to pick up addtional valet shifts

Qualifications:

Requirements include but not limited to:

• - Ability to work Saturday: 8:30am am - 6pm, Thursdays 8am- 1pm
• Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift
• Professional appearance
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Team player
• Ability to work weekday evenings and saturdays
