Summary

We're looking for a Commercial Superintendent to oversee field construction activities, ensuring quality control, team leadership, and performance monitoring across multiple communities. This role is essential in coordinating trade partners, maintaining high construction standards, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Lead and supervise construction managers and assistants on-site, spending most of the time in the field
• Uphold company construction and quality standards by guiding team members in consistent use of procedures, checklists, and guidelines
• Assist the VP of Construction/Operations with planning, monitoring cycle times, and implementing improvements
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align project requirements and timelines
• Monitor quality control processes, ensuring work meets specifications and company standards
• Manage materials and equipment logistics, ensuring availability and timely delivery to job sites
• Address and resolve any issues on-site, including conflicts, delays, and unexpected challenges
