Substitute Teacher
Part-Time | New York, NY
Catapult Learning is looking for Substitute Teachers on an "as-needed" basis in various location across New York including: Manhattan, The Bronx, Staten Island, Brooklyn, and Queens.

As a substitute, you will provide contracted instructional services with the necessary educational expertise in reading, mathematics, writing, and related areas; diagnose learning skill deficits and delivers prescribed instructional delivery methods as determined by the Company; consult with school personnel to coordinate efforts in providing services to students; communicate and conference with parents providing information on student progress.
We anticipate programming for multiple locations in New York. We are committed to thoughtfully matching staff with their location and grade preference to the best of our ability
Responsibilities:
As a substitute teacher with Catapult Learning, you will be responsible for covering the following:
- Differentiate Instruction: Customize and deliver lessons and use data to meet student needs.
- Engage Students: Foster ownership, critical thinking, and clear routines.
- Grow Professionally: Embrace training, coaching, and feedback.
- Track Progress: Maintain accurate student and academic records.
- Other duties as assigned
