Full-Time Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Clinical Supervisor
The FCT Clinical Supervisor is responsible for assuring the overall provisions of comprehensive clinical services and case management for Family Centered Treatment Services. The FCT Supervisor ensures the provision of high quality, family centered and culturally competent services that are effective in: Reducing the maltreatment of children, improving caretaking, and coping skills, enhancing family resilience, supporting healthy and nurturing relationships and the physical, emotional, mental, and educational well-being of children.
Clinical Supervisors are expected to exercise independent professional judgement and discretion in the leadership of FCT Programs and demonstrate a commitment to the services and values of the agency. The Clinical Supervisor reports directly to the Program Manager/and or Program Director.
Requirements- LCSW, LMFT, or Psy.D State of California license, or LPCC or with six semester units or nine quarter units focused specifically on the theory and application of marriage and family therapy in each license renewal cycle.
- Four years full time clinical experience in a comparable mental health setting, two years post-licensure. Two years supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid California Driver’s License, good driving record, and must be able to drive to fulfill the duties of the position.
Benefits
Competitive Salary: $95,000-$110,000 per year.
