This is a direct hire opportunity Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm $25-$27 an hour to start ( Based on experience) Resume/Interview required

Responsibilities
  • Bi-lingual (preferred) with excellent English and communication skills.
  • Locate and order parts over the phone and online based on needs and specifications.
  • Complete purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized records of parts and supplies orders.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal team members.
  • Assist with inventory management and track parts availability.
  • Ensure all orders meet company standards and timelines.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the purchasing department.
  • strong computer skills, with the ability to navigate and place orders online efficiently.
  • Ability to accurately complete purchase orders and manage administrative tasks.
  • Previous experience in an auto parts counter role or as an auto service advisor is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
