Responsibilities:
- Customer Consultation:
Research and locate destination options in our easy to use booking platforms and systems.
- Receive Fun and Free Expert Destination Knowledge On Us:
- Customer Service:
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist clients through their journey.Create a community of clients through pleasant and effective communication and a solutions mindset.
- Remote Collaboration:
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities with top industry suppliers.

Experience as a travel agent or in a related role.Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience using travel booking systems and platforms.
Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, attractions, and services.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using virtual collaboration tools.
