Quality analyst
As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing and ensuring the quality of our software solutions by developing and executing test plans, identifying issues, and collaborating with developers to resolve them. You will play a crucial role in delivering seamless, bug-free experiences to our customers.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Perform manual and automated testing on software products and applications.
Identify, track, and document issues, bugs, and defects in detail.
Collaborate with the development and product teams to ensure smooth product releases.
Work with the QA lead to implement QA best practices and processes.
Conduct regression, performance, functional, and usability testing.
Provide feedback on UI/UX and general user experience aspects.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Proficiency with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter).
Experience in using defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
Familiarity with SQL and basic querying skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Experience with performance and load testing.
