Responsibilities:
Complete Building Services (CBS) is seeking a Master HVAC Mechanic for a government client in Northern, Virginia. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years experience in a Data Center of similar size and scope, with a minimum of 5 years experience in a lead role.This position requires a Top Secret/SCI security clearance and a deep understanding of government operations and regulations.
- Oversees the performance of all duties of the CFT Shop, personnel assigned to the shop, and subcontractors performing work for the shop
- Ensures work tickets, email requests, and telephone requests for service are received and tended to in a timely manner
- Coordinates closely with client facilities manager regarding facility issues and requests
- Assigns tasks to shop personnel, sets priorities, and monitors timely completion of all work. Evaluates and analyzes work performance
- Create, update, and maintain sensitive and/or classified facility information, documents, and records that are located on the Top Secret SCI network Facilities SharePoint, Secret Classified shared drive and ticket systems, and unclassified systems
- Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis
- Conduct daily building/equipment tours
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
What we are looking for in your resume:
- High School Diploma
- Must possess TS/SCI clearance
- Master HVAC license required
- Data Center experience a must
- Shall have extensive experience in the operation of Building Automation Systems of similar size and scope
- Minimum of 10 documented years of experience in facilities of similar size and scope
- Shall be on-site full time during regular work hours
- Shall have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as excellent organizational skills
- Shall be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled
