Accounting Assistant
- LOCATION: 100% onsite in San Jose
- TYPE: Contract-To-Hire
- SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 40 hours
- PAY: $30.00-$35.00/hour Depending on experience

Responsibilities- Process invoices from vendors
- Check monthly statements from vendors
- Contact vendors to request invoices, confirm rates, request adjustments
- Reconcile corporate credit card receipts from employees
- Fill out credit applications
- Process expense claims, per-diem, and allowances
- Answer phone calls
- File documents
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and fax
- Assist Office Administrator/ Field Engineers/ Project Engineers/ Superintendent/ Managers/ Vice
- President or other employees
- Arrange lodging, rental cars, flight rental furniture, set up cable/internet, utility accounts for corporate housing
- Accounts Payable (1 year of experience is required)
- Credit Applications (1 year of experience is required)
- Bill.com (1 year of experience is required)
- Per-diem (1 year of experience is preferred)
- Invoices (1 year of experience is required)
