Compliance Administrative Assistant - Los Angeles

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Jr. Administrative Assistant in Los Angeles, California. The role involves key administrative and clerical functions in a compliance-oriented setting. The Jr. Administrative Assistant will interact with various internal teams and external contacts, handle customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.
  • Maintain and update customer records as necessary.
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when required.
  • Accurately process customer credit applications.
  • Research and rectify any discrepancies in quarterly statement contributions.
  • Verify participants' actual compensation by requesting necessary documents.
  • Generate and mail invoices to producers for delinquent contributions and late fees.
  • Correspond with participants, producers, and payroll services regarding outstanding or disputed invoices.
  • Prepare reports and backup documents for contribution allocation on collection payments received.
  • Utilize administrative skills to retrieve documents, prepare input sheets for data processing, and perform other duties as assigned. • Candidate must have skills in Compliance
  • Experience in Code Invoices is required
  • Proficiency in Laserfiche is a plus
  • Prior experience in Administrative Assistance is necessary
  • Ability to Provide Clerical Support is essential
