This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and will be based in-office.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in regular communication with delinquent members to address their financial obligations and make payment arrangements.
• Utilize your understanding of Collection Processes and Collection Management to handle collection calls effectively.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on their payment status.
• Efficiently process customer applications and update their credit records accurately.
• Perform data entry tasks to ensure all customer information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Adhere strictly to the Fair Debt Collection Processing Act to ensure all collection activities are legal and ethical.
• Utilize your Collections skills to effectively manage the collection process and improve the financial status of the company.
• Collaborate with the team to manage workload and ensure efficient operations. • Demonstrated expertise in Collections Management
• Proficiency in handling Collection Processes
• Experience working with Collections - Consumer
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Collections
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to adhere to and implement company policies and procedures.
