Trinity Episcopal Church is a vibrant, non-profit religious community dedicated to serving Gods mission of restoration and reconciliation. We are seeking a passionate and organized Parish Administrator to support our ministries and foster a welcoming environment for our congregation and visitors.

**Job Description:**

Under the supervision of the Priest-in-Charge and Wardens, the Parish Administrator will provide comprehensive office support to enhance the operations of Trinity Episcopal Church. This role encompasses data management, communication, supply management, and facility coordination, while actively collaborating with volunteers and committees.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic resource for both members and the wider community, serving as a liaison to other parish administrators and fostering a welcoming atmosphere in the church office.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • **Welcoming Presence:** Serve as a friendly and supportive point of contact in the parish office.
  • **Communication Management:** Develop and maintain effective communication systems with the parish community.
  • **Records Maintenance:** Oversee the upkeep of parish records and databases, including membership, stewardship, and service attendance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • **Reporting:** Generate reports, directories, and other documents as requested by clergy, vestry, and committee leaders.
  • **Calendar Coordination:** Manage the parish calendar to optimize building usage for internal and approved external groups, in collaboration with the Sexton.
  • **Worship Preparation:** Work with clergy and the music director to prepare worship materials and bulletins for Sunday services and other events, overseeing all aspects of print and online production.
  • **Office Inventory:** Manage office supply inventory and order supplies as authorized.
**Supervisory Responsibility:**
  • Supervise and coordinate volunteer office support.

**Qualifications:**

Proven experience in organizing and managing an administrative office, with proficiency in both paper and digital records.
