We're hiring a Salesforce Training and Support Specialist to join our Innovation Team.
**Please note - this is a hybrid position, where you'll need to be on site in Souderton, PA for part of the work week**
Responsibilities:
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Experience creating a software training and usage plan, both in-person and remote; Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work well both independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees of all organizational and technical skill levels
High energy, enthusiastic, and motivational training style
Act as change agent and champion to promote best practices for the organization’s transformation and adoption of this new technology
POSITION INCLUDES
Assist in the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of training materials, including user guides and job aids
Collaborate with stakeholders to design content that matches educational needs of users
Work with solution architects to translate business and technical processes into clear, concise information to train audiences of varying levels of technical knowledge
Write and record training scripts for online training library
Assist with scheduling classes, enrollment invitations and attendance tracking
Draft clear and professional communications to system users
Communicate any new processes needed in order to drive adoption and efficiencies to the Product Owner for consideration
Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
Evaluate the effectiveness of all training conducted and incorporate feedback to enhance the participant’s experience
Provide support to end users, troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions, and liaise with other departments as needed
Assist with the coordination, test script creation and user support of all user acceptance testing as needed
Assist with other Salesforce/nCino duties as needed
Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct
Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s 4-year degree in Education, Adult Learning, Instructional Design or related field; or equivalent work experience in a corporate training position
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a corporate education or training and development role
- Demonstrated experience using Salesforce, and a proven technical understanding of the platform and its capabilities (2-3 years preferred)
- Experience nCino preferred
- Training and documentation experience with a variety of delivery modalities including, but not limited to in-person, Webinars, Salesforce Chatter, Salesforce Trailhead, Video, Email, and self-guided How-To manuals (1-3 years preferred)
- Experience creating a software training and usage plan, both in-person and remote
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly as it relates to explaining both simple and complex technical concepts to technical and non-technically focused employees
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Jira experience (preferred)
