Job Description

Senior Superintendent - Healthcare Construction - Mashpee, MA Responsibilities:

• On-Site Project Leadership - Overseeing daily field operations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Safety & Compliance - Enforcing strict safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
• Subcontractor Coordination - Managing and scheduling subcontractors, ensuring clear communication, and resolving field issues to keep work progressing smoothly.
• Quality Control & Inspections - Conducting regular site inspections, ensuring adherence to design specifications, and addressing any deficiencies promptly.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication - Serving as the primary on-site contact for clients, architects, and project managers, providing updates and addressing concerns to ensure project success.

The Successful Applicant

Senior Superintendent - Healthcare Construction - Mashpee, MA Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a strong background in healthcare, multifamily, or commercial projects.
• Technical Knowledge - Expertise in construction methods, safety regulations (OSHA 30), scheduling software (Procore, MS Project), and blueprint reading.
• Leadership & Communication - Proven ability to lead field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project managers.
• Healthcare-Specific Experience (if applicable) - Familiarity with infection control, ICRA compliance, and healthcare facility protocols when managing hospital or medical projects.
• Problem-Solving & Adaptability - Ability to troubleshoot field challenges, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project needs while maintaining quality and safety standards.
