Housekeeping and Maintenance Technician

Overview:

• Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with benefits and hourly wages ranging from $23 - $30 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

• 80 hours every two weeks
• Full time, Day shift
• Weekends as needed

Responsibilities/Job Description:

• Cleans public areas of building as assigned
• Performs job duties safely, using correct body mechanics and personal protective equipment
• Maintains cleaning equipment and supplies
• Performs routine maintenance duties
• Performs general repairs
• Performs other duties required by the specific housing community

Qualifications:

Required:

• Special Class C Boiler Operator’s License
• Current Driver’s License (in good standing)
• Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Preferred:

• Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree: HVAC or related
• Three to five years of previous experience
