For this Assistant Manager, Integrated Media role, we are looking for the ideal candidate who have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, or related.The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data, generating insights, and recommending optimizations. An understanding of evolving media landscape and industry trends is crucial. The candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational skill and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills are required. Familiarity with audience and reporting tools across platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging social channels is essential, alongside proficiency in Google Analytics and media monitoring tools.
A background in print, including magazines and newspapers, is a plus. In addition, the candidate must have excellent Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other data analysis functions. An innate understanding of content that resonates with target audience, with a global perspective and luxury sensibility, is a plus.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across departments are essential in this team-oriented environment.
What are we expecting from you?
In this role, you will support the implementation of the global Media strategy in the US. Reporting to the Manager, Integrated Media, you will collaborate cross-functionally with retail, e-commerce, marketing, and communication teams to drive brand awareness and achieve business goals through an integrated media strategy.The ideal candidate is highly analytical and innovative, with a passion for testing, measuring, and optimizing Van Cleef & Arpels print and digital media presence. This role will be based in New York.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Support the Integrated Media Manager in the planning, strategy, and reporting of paid media campaigns.
- Analyze media campaigns performance, formulate clear conclusions, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Retail teams to coordinate on media assets, copy, and market-specific campaigns.
- Present campaign objectives, performance insights, and key results to internal stakeholders, while staying up to date on media trends and sharing relevant insights with global teams.
- Contribute to various team projects, including competitive monitoring, internal recaps, and campaign briefings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with boutique teams, corporate offices, management, and external vendors.
