The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the ECS employees can receive prompt support and assistance with their software and hardware related issues.
Job Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting- Support and troubleshoot the RingCentral Phone System by responding to and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth communication flow.
- Provide user support for Salesforce, assisting with performance and access issues while troubleshooting bugs and addressing any system-related problems.
- Assist with application updates and software troubleshooting, ensuring system stability and resolving issues with installations and configurations.
- Create IT instructions and guidelines via SharePoint to aid users in navigating systems and provide clear troubleshooting procedures.
- Manage IT equipment purchasing and vendor relations, ensuring systems are set up efficiently for testing and general operations.
- Monitor and maintain overall IT infrastructure, providing day-to-day technical support and identifying potential issues before they escalate.
- Document IT processes and policies, including troubleshooting steps and system configurations, ensuring accurate records for future reference.
- Participate in warehouse activities and support cycle counts as required, assisting with technical aspects of inventory management systems.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Two year minimum direct experience as an end-user support technician
- Profiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams is a must
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware issues (e.g., desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with RingCentral and Salesforce is an asset

- Outstanding interpersonal/communication skills, adaptable and with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent is required.
- Relevant IT support certification is an asset.

This job is Full-Time with a salary range of $65,000.00 to $70,000.
