Help Desk Analyst III

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst III in New York. As a Help Desk Analyst III, you will be a key player in our technical support department, dealing with a range of responsibilities from resolving customer inquiries to managing customer accounts.
This role resides within the industry of technology and will be based in our office.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide robust technical support.
- Handle and manage customer accounts efficiently.
- Process customer applications with precision and detail.
- Maintain customer records with accuracy, ensuring all data is up-to-date.
- Utilize extensive knowledge in macOS and Windows Desktop for troubleshooting.
- Implement and support network components including switches, firewalls, and ensure a good knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
- Leverage experience with Microsoft related technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
- Use Android Development skills to support mobile users.
- Manage and troubleshoot issues related to Cisco and Citrix Technologies.
- Perform configuration management and ensure smooth deployments.
- Use skills in EO/IR systems, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, and Database management to provide comprehensive technical support. • Proficient in Android Development
- Familiarity with Cisco Technologies
- Experience with Citrix Technologies
- Knowledge in Database Management
- Proficiency in EO/IR systems
- Experience in Active Directory
- Ability to work with Apple Devices
- Understanding of Computer Hardware
