Accounting Manager

We are in the manufacturing industry, located in Summerville, South Carolina, and are in search of an Accounting Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee our accounting records, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate, while also leading the department.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of all accounting functions
• Ensure all accounting records are current and accurate
• Supervise the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Utilize accounting software systems effectively for financial management
• Implement and manage ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
• Conduct routine auditing to maintain financial transparency
• Manage and oversee all billing functions
• Utilize Infor M3 for accounting tasks and financial management.

• Proven experience in the Manufacturing industry
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounting Manager or Supervisor role
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Practical knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Extensive understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Skilled in Auditing practices and procedures
• Familiarity with Billing Functions
• Proficient in using Infor M3 software
