Social Media Manager

We are in search of a Social Media Manager to be part of our team, located in Edison, New Jersey. In this role, you will be tasked with the management of our social media platforms, the training and oversight of team members, and the creation and implementation of engaging content strategies.

You will also be responsible for keeping up with the latest trends in social media and ensuring our strategies remain relevant and effective.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the training and mentorship of team members, fostering an environment that encourages creativity and innovation
  • Develop and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Twitter
  • Ensure a consistent posting schedule that aligns with our overall content strategy
  • Manage creative production processes to deliver high-quality visuals, videos, and social media assets
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to source necessary creative assets
  • Standardize operations and implement workflows to improve efficiency and output quality
  • Support product launches by coordinating social media campaigns and ensuring all assets are delivered on time
  • Act as the point of contact for social media operations, providing input on strategy, content performance, and product launches
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics across platforms, using data-driven insights to improve content strategy and campaign effectiveness
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform algorithm changes to ensure strategies remain relevant and effective
  • Oversee the ongoing execution of social media programs, ensuring consistency and effectiveness. • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the Marketing/PR industry
  • Proficient in using Adobe Creative Cloud for designing and editing digital content
  • Extensive experience with Canva for creating engaging social media posts
  • Familiarity with Facebook Insights to monitor and measure campaign success
  • Experience managing Google+ profiles and understanding its analytics
  • Demonstrated ability in using Google Analytics for tracking website traffic and user engagement
  • Proven track record in creating and managing successful online advertisements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in blogging and creating engaging written content for various social media platforms
  • Proven ability to increase brand awareness through innovative social media strategies
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and executing successful social media campaigns.
