Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This role is responsible for managing and processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely payments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience working with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in an accurate and timely manner
• Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices, including ACH, wire transfers, and checks
• Maintain vendor records and communicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
