We are hiring a Quality Control Laboratory Assistant. Quality Control Laboratory Assistant Supports the QC Department under the direction of a QC Lead Microbiologist or above by providing general support required for the testing and release of FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific, Inc.products.

Responsibilities- Document and report sampling conditions, testing activities and results
- General housekeeping of QC lab including cleaning and maintaining test equipment
- Receiving and logging testing sample into data base/test tracking systems
- Arrange testing sample to contract lab, tracking sample, invoice receiving and liaising with contract labs to ensure timely reporting of results.
- Record keeping of quality report, statistical reviews and relevant document
- Data Entry for all quality system data and statistical analysis of data.
- Apply mathematical skills to analyze data and interpret results effectively.
- Perform lab techniques by following written SOPs.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- General lab safety and adherence to Good Laboratory Practices.
- General knowledge of Manufacturing Processes, Water Systems, Cell Culture, Chemistry, and Microbiology.
- General knowledge of basic laboratory equipment (scales, pH meters, etc).
- Good general knowledge of computer systems and productivity software.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
Salary and Benefits:
- For California, the base salary range for this position is $19.65 to $25.63 per hour. Compensation for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience, location, etc.).
