Administrative Secretary

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for executives or teams.
• Prepare and process correspondence, memos, reports, and other official documents.
• Coordinate internal and external communications, including phone calls and emails.
• Organize and maintain filing systems and ensure accurate document management.
• Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
• Manage office supplies and oversee inventory to ensure replenishment as needed.
• Perform other general administrative duties as assigned.
• 1+ year of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.
