Attorney/Lawyer

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer specializing in Criminal, Personal Injury, and Workers' Comp Law, in Columbia, Maryland. The selected candidate will play a vital role within our legal team, managing a diverse range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on Criminal Law
• Draft, revise, and file pleadings in a timely and efficient manner.
• Represent clients in District Court, articulating their case and defending their rights.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while ensuring all legal processes and procedures are adhered to.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments in the areas of Family Law, Criminal Law, and Personal Injury Plaintiffs.
• Ensure the utmost confidentiality and integrity in dealing with sensitive client information.
• Work collaboratively with the legal team to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
• Engage with clients to understand their legal needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Continually develop detail-oriented skills and knowledge in the legal field.
• Must hold a valid law degree from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Attorney or Lawyer.
• Proficiency in Family Law.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Criminal Law.
• Experience in dealing with Personal Injury Plaintiffs - nice to have
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Maryland
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases concurrently with attention to detail.
• Strong research skills using various legal databases.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
