Role Overview:
The Account Manager in an offline department involves leading and managing a team of sales professionals to drive sales and meet revenue targets through offline channels, such as retail stores, distribution centers, or direct sales. Overall, the Sales Manager in an offline department plays a critical role in driving sales growth, increasing market share, and ensuring the effective operation of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing Sales Strategies:
- Creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Team Management:
- Recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales representatives to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to meet their targets.
- Sales Planning:
- Developing and implementing sales plans and budgets to achieve revenue goals.
- Customer Relationship Management:

- Market Analysis:

- Performance Monitoring:

Qualifications:

- 3 years of experience in retail or a similar environment is preferred.
- Strong sales skills are essential, including the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for a sales manager, as they need to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
