Job Description

The Quality Manager, Defense, Will:

Oversee all QMS procedures
Liaise with 3rd party auditing organizations
Conduct quality inspections and audits for improvement
Measure and monitor process controls
Manage internal audit and calibration programs
Ensure compliance with testing frequencies; coordinate external testing
Facilitate management reviews and continuous improvement
Identify non-conformances; lead root cause and corrective actions
Monitor laboratory processes

The Successful Applicant

The Ideal Quality Manager (Industrial / Aerospace), will have the following experience:

Experience with ISO9001 required, AS9100 and NADCAP a plus
Experience with heating, treating, and electroplating preferred
Excited to work with a small team!
Experience with quality metrics, previous work in a job shop environment, and can work 7:30-4 Monday through Friday!
Local to the Merrimac, MA area
