Job Description
The Quality Manager, Defense, Will:
- Oversee all QMS procedures
- Liaise with 3rd party auditing organizations
- Conduct quality inspections and audits for improvement
- Measure and monitor process controls
- Manage internal audit and calibration programs
- Ensure compliance with testing frequencies; coordinate external testing
- Facilitate management reviews and continuous improvement
- Identify non-conformances; lead root cause and corrective actions
- Monitor laboratory processes

The Successful Applicant
The Ideal Quality Manager (Industrial / Aerospace), will have the following experience:
- Experience with ISO9001 required, AS9100 and NADCAP a plus
- Experience with heating, treating, and electroplating preferred
- Excited to work with a small team!
- Experience with quality metrics, previous work in a job shop environment, and can work 7:30-4 Monday through Friday!
