We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Purchasing Agent in the Non-Profit industry, located in High Point, North Carolina. This role involves managing the purchasing needs of our organization, using accounting software systems, and overseeing ERP solutions.

• Manage the buying processes efficiently to meet the organization's requirements.
• Use Accounting Software Systems to maintain and update financial records.
• Implement and oversee ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems to streamline business processes.
• Use Epicor software for efficient business operations.
• Supervise and manage accounting functions to ensure financial accuracy.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Use 'About Time' software to enhance productivity and time management.
• Participate in budget processes, ensuring fiscal responsibility and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Use 'Great Plains (GPAC)' software to enhance business processes and financial management.
• Utilize Workday and ERP Solutions to optimize business functions and performance. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with Epicor software
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Familiarity with ERP Solutions
• Experience with Great Plains (GPAC) software
• Ability to use About Time software
• Understanding of accounting functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
