Site Coordinator
The Site Coordinator position will support a range of human resources and operational functions at their assigned site location(s). This role will assist in various job duties including but not limited to sourcing, interviewing, applicant screenings (backgrounds, assessments, drug testing, etc.) compliance (safety & record keeping) and on-the-job training and coaching of external talent. The Site Coordinator will work with the Site Team Associates to contribute to the execution of the In-house work processes and ensure that the partnership with the client and Randstad runs smoothly, effectively, and professionally. This person will split time in the following areas and must be flexible in working nights and weekends:
salary: $26 - $27 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
Recruiting:
- Developing and managing a talent pipeline that aligns with the client's needs and output requirements
- Sourcing talent through several databases & platforms i.e. RFO, LinkedIn, Social Media, Randstad at Work and updating job ads
- Conducting phone, video and onsite interviews to identify the right match for the client
Onboarding/Compliance:
- Participating in hiring process by administering skill assessments, processing applications, and references
- Coordinating onsite and external drug testing efforts
- Maintaining electronic and paper records to ensure effective, orderly and legal storage of personnel data
- Maintaining talent records in Randstad Front Office
- Distributing safety equipment and maintaining the necessary inventory
On-site Training/Coaching:
- Monitor and evaluate talent performance levels against the site established productivity and quality standards
- Act as the subject-matter-expert and reinforce good behaviors through teaching and showing talent how job duties are to be completed
- Share observations and feedback with Internal On-site Team to increase talent engagement and eliminate safety hazards
